I’ m so excited about moving into the ebook realm. It’s a whole new world to me and my neurons really need something new to stimulate them besides the lying, thieving, generally pain in the neck behaviors of some of my teens. This new world of ebooks is full of adults who know nothing or little about fasd, adhd, and the rest of the alphabet. What they do know about is how to write and publish in this new arena.

My stumbling blocks are really trying to figure out the technical aspects. I can write a book easily enough, I just can’t figure out how to upload and download and transfer and add art and epubcompile etc. It feels like  I need a whole new Ph.D. worth of information and skills. I’ve gone to some very good workshops on how to do this -but they assume a level of skills I just haven’t yet acquired – but I’m working on it.

I know many of you out there are writers who are pioneering this same frontier. Do you have any insights or info you can share with me and other readers? I’d love to hear from you.

Here’s the covers for my first Young Adult series of  ebooks. They were created by graphic artist Julie Winkel of Island Edge Graphics. Aren’t they a great piece of work!
